Message to Buyers

  • Processing Times

    Processing times are currently 𝟓 - 𝟕 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. This means it will take me 5 to 7 business days to make and ship your order, although I will try my best to get orders shipped earlier. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Please refer to your estimated delivery date provided by Etsy at check out if you're curious on when your package is going to ship and/or arrive.

  • Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

    As per Magick & Sages Etsy policies, since products are made to order for the highest potency, quality, and for freshness, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order that was not stated above, please feel free to message us. So long as your order has not been fulfilled, you may cancel your order. Once the label is printed and/or the item is shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.

  • Your Shipping Address

    Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct. Insufficient or incomplete addresses will delay your order and could cause your order to be cancelled and refunded. We are not obligated to reship or refund items that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to customer's failure to input the correct address. We ship to the exact address that's submitted, so again, please double check your shipping address and make sure it's correct. If you accidentally put the wrong address, please send a message to let me know.

  • International Shipping

    Shipping times for international customers can vary between 2 to 30 days and can even take up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on customs and your countries courier services. Kindly be patient for your order! Buyers are responsible for any customs, VATs, and import taxes that may apply. If you refuse delivery because you failed to pay VAT and/or import tax fees, I am not obligated to refund your purchase as this would be considered a forced return. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message!

  • Shipment Lost in Transit

    If you feel like your package has been lost in transit, please refer to Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program where you can learn on what to do when you run into this issue.

  • Marked as Delivered, but did not receive

    If your tracking number says your item was delivered but you did not receive it, please let us know so that we can guide you on how to get in touch with USPS so that they can retrieve GPS coordinates on where the package was delivered. They will almost always find it and redeliver it to the correct location. The sooner this is done, the higher the chances of retrieving your package. If USPS is unable to locate your package, you will need to file a claim through Etsy.

  • Damaged Packages/Products

    We will require photo proof of any damaged, missing, or broken items. This photo should contain every item that was delivered, packing slip, freebies included if any, plus the packaging it arrived in all in 1 photo. It's highly unlikely that I miss items that were purchased because of my packing and shipping methods, along with items being made to order, but no one is perfect. This will also help us for insurance claims purposes and for Etsy if a case is ever opened.

  • Leaky Bottles

    Sometimes, bottles will leak during transit. We try my best to avoid this, but if this happens, simply clean the bottles off. Our labels are oil and waterproof, so your item(s) should be okay once they’re cleaned up.

  • Honey Jars & Altar Offerings

    Jars or bottles containing honey may start to crystallize and/or turn foggy in colder temperatures. Simply let your jar/bottle sit in hot water to melt down the sugar crystals. If your jar contains wax, be mindful that wax will melt if the container is too hot.

  • Item Reviews

    If your experience was a positive one and you're happy with your items, kindly leave a review! It would help the shop out so much! We also love seeing my products safely at their new homes, so take photos if you are able! If you have a negative experience or something went wrong with your order, please get in touch with us and we will figure out how to make it right! We’re always willing to help you out, so please hold off on leaving negative feedback and get in touch with us instead!
